Base Cost: $25/space for event

What We Provide: 10×10 Space, Media Advertisement, General Market Signage, Lunch (for up to 3 people)

Vendor Will Need to Provide: Tent, Tables and Chairs, Space Signage, Responsible for your own trash

Available for a fee: 1 Table/2 chairs – $10 fee per day, 1 Tent – $15 fee per day, and Electric is limited – $20 per day

Set-up 7:30am – 9am, Break Down After 3pm

By submitting this application via email/website, I, confirm my understanding and acceptance of the terms outlined below: a) All payments made are final and non-refundable. The vendor is accountable for their own waste disposal. I will be set up by 9:00 AM and will not dismantle my setup before 3:00 PM. All sales transactions will be managed by the vendor. b) All items will be suitable for a general audience, ensuring that there is no use of profanity or any suggestive or vulgar content. The vendor may be required to remove any such items from public display. c) Payment should be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event. Send checks to 4885 Old Hwy 105 West, Conroe, Texas 77304, made out to Teez Services. Alternatively, send payment via Zelle or Venmo to 832.299.8619. If you prefer, you may also arrange to drop-off cash or a check to the address listed below.
